I have Cincinnati VMC with Fanuc 21 m controller. while running prog for rigid tapping, quality of thread is not good.
Here under is the programme,

is it direct couples or belt driven,
if it is belt -- use belt dresser spray ( if not timing belt)
If timing belt --check belt teeth
if direct couples -- try to replace the pulse coder sensor....

if it is fanuc 15ma

sir, what I feel 9020 is not a problem.
I hv tried all possible combination of 9020. Above one also.
As soon as machine read Txx code it shows Alarm 201 & Magzine does not rotate.
