We have been running 2 1100's for about 8 years now, the CS from Tormach has bee steadily going down hill.
The last straw was last week, kept getting an error on startup, not only can you not talk...

First It was - We're movin to a new warehouse. they will ship within 3-4 days. 2 weeks later still hadn't shipped.
Same excuse 2 months later.

Haven't even bothered asking the 3rd time around. ...

ALL should be inventory parts, ALL took from 3 weeks to 6-7 weeks to be delivered.
Totally unacceptable if you ask me.

Tormach has been HORRIBLE to try and get any replacement parts from.
1 month + after ordering and paying for the items before they ship.

Not sure if they are ordering from China AFTER we place...
