    Okay I had a chance to try things again. It turns out the second code that I gave is actually working with one machine but does not work with another (and newer) machine.
    Both uses same controller....

    Here it is. What I inspect is that the inserts seems fine.
    Your saying is very logical to me,but our operator says that if that was the case the insert would break.
