    All grounding from the AC Input, Output, to All Power supplies, and controls..
    They connected to a single Point in the chassis!
    To eliminate the Possibility of Ground...

    This was a very straight forward wiring setup.....
    From the AC-In receptacle..
    The hot line was routed to the face panel fuse holder.
    Then the Hot and Neutral lines were wired to the main...

    Taig doe make Chucks that ARE compatible with the ER Spindle....
    3 Jaw 1050ER
    4 Jaw1030ER

    These will screw on in place of the ER closing Nut...

    Without active cooling in the Taig headstock... at High Speed....
    Hybrid Ceramic Bearing is the Only way to go.....
    Less thermal transfer, and expansion
    But Good hybrid bearing are expensive!!

    No. I have a bus-strip for the neutral and Hot lines.
    So I run lines from there to any needing 12O Vac.
    Also I use single point chassis Ground inside the box too!

    The control box I build uses 2x 4" 120 Vac fans.
    The two small power supplies , 5Vdc to power my ESS and C69 motor control.
    Then 12 Vdc for my relays and sensors.
    All are Meanwell 120Vac...

    Being that aggressive on the z axis..
    Check the lube and smooth functioning of the leadscrew and headstock sled!

    I was planning to use the motor control PID function in my Smoothstepper ESS.
    But the motor control has a PID control built-in...
    So they are in conflict...

    The only solution is a motion controller like Ethernet Smooth Stepper.
    This one of the bullet proof rock solid solutions...
    I run mach3 on 64 bit Win 7 & 10...

    Yes you got it all....
    Wiper and Ground connections to the C69.... no Reference voltage signal
    No other external circuits,

    No real magic here....
    In the ESS plugin:
    I configured the port 2 on my ESS... Just like Port 1.
    Also setup the required PWM freq.

    Then under Ports and Pins, for port 2
    I enabled pin...
