Did you fix the issue? If so what was the root cause? I am having DMM faulting on power cycle issues.

I just run the individual tool programs for the op I am doing, that way it compensated for wear.
If your good at programming you can modify one to do a loop until you have measured your last tool....

I realize this post is four years old, do you still service these boards?

Don't know where you are located, but Andrew is 9hrs difference from Illinois. I would suggest you work with him thru Telegram and TeamViewer versus emails. He seems to be avaiable around 5AM-8AM CST...

How did you calibrate your probe offsets in 59-63? I cannot get the haas 9999 calibrate to function correctly on my old 1997 machine.
