the multicam control doesn't support a gcode for "Path Control Mode" (or has it been added later, can't find it on the web)
on other controls G64 is used to set a compromise for speed <-> accuracy

it's my guess you're dxf contains lotssss of small line segments to make a curve, instead of curves made out of arcs
the multicam controller doesn't like this at...

have you connected
machine <-> computer with cross cable ?
press "arrow up" , then ?

see if you can ping the host IP-adres from you're computer
