    Do a one point probe cycle, load the touch into a variable
    Do this for as many touches you want, loading each touch into a separate variable then calculate the average of the variables.

    Suddenly getting an error when using Siemens CYCLE974 Probe cycle.
    error 21700 - Probe already deflected.

    We have been using this cycle for the past 6 years with no issues.
    A couple of weeks ago...

    Siemens 840D Probing Help...

    I am programming a G&L VTC1250 with a Siemens 840d control.
    I wand to probe an existing hole at a known Cartesian coordinate and compensate the work shift for both Cartesian and polar coordinates....
