check the voltage on the battery first...If not 3.4 volts replace the purple battery... You can order it at ITSCNC.com

I would tend to think it is the spindle control card first,,, then the spindle encoder,, lastly the invertor

What do yo mean y uncontrolled speeds... Does the speed fluxuate up and down?? what invertor is in the machine??

Check the orientation switch, if that checks out good you have a bad invertor..

Run a M84....this will sync the belts to the spindle motor...

Call 818-727-2100 the original fadal company.. They have reman spindles for around 3000.00 dollars with a year warrenty and only takes a tech a few hours to install...
