I'm sorry those files i posted are all Gibbscam .PST files except i think one so you guys need to download them and see if any will help you i cant say for sure but they could possibly help.

you must type in G45O01 then you must go to the fixture offset page and enable the fixture offsets as many as you want when the control is powered down with no batteries in it it disables all fixture...

well mine does the same thing until it warms up. if i wiggle the relay the little red light comes back on like its suppose to and it works fine then seems like when its warmed up it stops that and...

Hi i run an 8400 mp everyday and i turn it off every night and it dont lose its parameters even with the batteries out it does however lose any programs you have stored you might have another issue...
