I removed the 4 pin MIC connector and hotwired the spindle today as a test and it worked fine. So Jazzz was right the connector failed. Strange it would fail so quickly. I'm guessing...

Further Update:Removed Spindle today and tore down to the point to ensure no water was leaking inside. All good. I left the Top Hat off and plugged in the cable and hit run. Saw arc flash inside at...

OK, Just checked cable at VFD. Same results. Appears cable is OK. Checked incoming power and showing 238 Volts. With cable disconnected at spindle and VFD Run on and showing 24K voltage at connector...

So After following all the advice here on this Forum I was successful in getting my Huanyang 2.2KV water cooled spindle up and running! No problems and been simply running from the VFD touch pad....
