Possible problem :
1: arc ok signal cable is bad: check continuity with a multimeter
2: pierce height not correct, pierce delay too long,...

it depend on your gantry weight, feedrate and acceleration.
if yours are low then single side driven gantry is okay, otherwise it is hard to stabilize the unsupported end due to larger inertia

Practically, it is not easy for a stepper driven gantry to achieve acceleration of of 4.45 m/s^2

If you have extra money, buy their servo version

For "torch on" function you need to connect one of the output to a relay

You can split the torch on signal from your BOB into 2 relays, then connect one of them to hour meter

I have a PM45 with machine torch, shielded tip , my cuts are mostly thin 1mm MS and SS.

I cut at 30A all the time with PM45 standard consumables , because my machine cannot go as fast as HT 45A...

If you buy cable carrier make sure you buy a size larger than required, the retainer clip will not be easily pop out during motion

If you can fire the torch on air, then MP3000 DTHCII is compatible with it, you just need to buy a DCP ( digital current probe ) and a RAV01 voltage sensor.
