    Re: simplest tool length offset

As most machines use zero "0" by default, you should not need to set t1 to zero.
To answer your question, your "method" will work if you are using tool 1, to define part zero.
    It is the wrong way...

    Thanks jrmach.
Must be why it seems like the same plan with a new name...

Hopefully you have the option to export in IGES format.
Bob plays much nicer about keeping layers and solids in this format.

Re: how hot is too hot

120 degrees F. (48 degrees C.) is considered scalding and can damage human tissue...

So you can feel burning (uncomfortably hot), and still be well below motor damage temperature.
  17. Re: ERROR - Diameter must be at least twice the corner radius length!

The problem is most likely due to BobCAM rounding the radius to a 3 digit value. IE a .125 ballnose, gets rounded from 0.0625, to .063 (hence larger than half diameter). I had the problem also and...

Not quite... There is no "stop" command issued... Code as written, assumes ATC and will not "stop"... You will need a stop or pause command (M00/M01) if changing tool manually. I would also advise...
