I think this was the thread looking for Gary's Clocks. I know I have been. I found all but the 2003 dxf file. Which is the one I really would of liked to have.

I don't seem to have any trouble with pocketing. The phlatprinter web site has a few good pics of what can be done, just search the gallery. For a machine that can be assembled with most of its parts...
I use the term tabbing to refer to the tabs needs to retain a cut part within its medium during the cutting process.
A rotorzip is a fancy Dremal. One of many styles

I use a rotorzip .125 grout removal bit at 10k rpm. The machine is a phlatprinter designed for cutting sheet foam RC airplanes.
Are you using the same machine? The tabbing looks familiar.
