You are supposed to set up G54, etc,.for a particular job, of course when you rerun the job, the holding fixture or however you hold the part, will not be in the exact same location and you change...

How big is your noseradius of the tool you are using.
Also, there is no noseradius comp, G41 or G42 in your example.

Any store that sells endmills should have a 45 degerre chamfer mill.
