Guys thank you all, I have just received the new DSP and will never plug it into my computer again!
BTW I only had it in the computer not the machine and computer. So I think it was the logo thing...

Anyone else have any ideas about these questions?
-The DSP seems to only be set up for mm. Is there a way to change this to inches? I would much rather have it this way as all of our work is done...

It very well could be, just from looking at it and air cutting a 8" square is what I am going by.

So if we updated the logo on the version of the DSP that has CNC ROUTER logo and now all we get is a blank screen does that mean it has to be sent back?!
I tried all the options of holding down OK...

Here is a free plugin that works in the free version of Sketchup! :)
Its called the Phlatscript and was designed for the Phlatprinter cnc machine but can be used on any cnc machine :)

You can go into the config menu(of mach3) and change the system hotkeys that will allow you to set up your keys for jog in the right direction

Just a note the MDF I am using is not the dark colored version also called masonite I am using...
