I got two DDCSV2.1 connected to my mill and Lathe and Have installed on each DDCSV2.1's and 5v-100 PPR ELCG-03/L manual pulse generator, They are on tow different machines.

After getting ready to dress up the items that I made I have found some problems with the head mounting and have taken correcting action on those will post the update in a few days...(chair)
I have started my cnc upgrade, HF X2 mini mill.
I call it the "Blue OX"

1. LMS Larger base:

3. New placement of head.

Jim, I tried both settings on the belt and got the same results, It is the one from LMS...I did notice it was affected by the speed control knob, in that setting the speed down it seems not to load...
Jim, Yes it is wired correctly, I saw something I will be checking and that is the speed control and other wiring....I got a new board for the CNC modification and was thinking of installing it and...
My mill is having an issue with load it seams to stop when load is placed on it.....
