Normally program O8xxx or O9xxx are locked. It's not possible to puch out except modifying parameter 3202.

For USB memory stick: I/O channel = 17.
Please use edit mode, program screen, OPRT,...

Did you lost parameters of spindle unit? => it's better to check from your old ones & copy to new unit

Is this a possibility that your CNC cannot see your CF card 4GB?
Did you check the contents of the Memory Card in Program screen? Try punching out & reading something if it can co-operate smoothly...

It looks like cnc memory was cleared or parameters setting was initialized/cleared.
