I build a Post Processors for Powermil 2023 and Mach3 for 5 axis...

and that is all work alright. But...

I Try to install Powermill .... but I get every time a 1603 error... and a rollback.

Does anyone know what to do about it?

I have also problems with UC100 sync errors...
but I think it is a problem with my USB dongle?

if I run my machine, but I change my spindle speed with the buttons on the VFD it works alright.......

I use visual cam 6.0 always for working with my 4 axis.... but now I want build a 5 axis ...

In visual cam is configuration for a 5 axis... but I don't know how it works....

If i use it, by my cnc machine, always put it outside... so it blows the very fine dust out....

but if I you use it inside, alfter a while I get very fine dust (like flour) ....

the bottle length is ...27 cm... and the diameter is 86 mm

helical tub are... 1 meter/7 =14 cm... the tube I use is 30mm in diameter...

thats a idee , a filter ... i make that only for connecting the 7 tubes to the vacuumcleanermotor....

the helix and the tube are plexiglas... i hope that it have the same name in english....

and almost al the parts are attach with glue....

it works smoother on halfstep....

but now everything works alright...
fast and don't miss any step....

so.. don't build a micro stepper?
