My X3 is cutting 0.010” over size, I have checked the kernel speed and done a MDI test by inputting X 1.00” and machine moves 1.00 dead on.
So anyone got an idea what’s going on??

First you have to decide what control programe to use, if you are using Mach then go to the Artsoft website and download the manual, it will then lead you through the configureing process.

Problem solved I must of pushed the e-stop while replacing the gas strut

Such are the joys of CNC machineing, the first run is the shakedown, there is always somthing that needs tweeking, and then away you go to make thousands of parts!!!!!!!

I have had two power supplies go on my SyilX3 which they replaced, the supplies were rated at 48v but as the drivers are 48v not much room for spikes I gave up and bought two 60v supplies...

When cutting a circular two sided part, make tool origin the center of the circle and have a locateing pin to fit one of your holes you can't go wrong then.
