Nailed it Carl, manual settings say 400 dropped it to 320 and bingo 100mm now equals 100mm

Finally got the 6040 working, bit of a mishmash really, a blue box Frame and a PRT-E1500W controller with a Huangyung (spelling) VFD and everything appears to work as it should except...
