  1. Which version supported all the PU Modes?

Does anyone know what version software supported the extended PU,x modes for saving information.
Mine will do Modes 0-3 but not mode 4 and 5. Modes 4 & 5 return random garbage.

    4 should be all...

    Re: Removing/Installing VMC15 enclosure

Use the forklift to sat it close to the opening on some pipe or rollers and push it thru long wise thru the opening. That solves the width issue but yep, remove the Z axis motor for the head...

    Re: Removing/Installing VMC15 enclosure

The sheet metal isn't bad. Remove the small handful of bolts and gentle pry the panels apart slowly.
When you reassemble. Level the machine first, clean all the caulk off the old panels and clean...

    Re: 4020 Moved and advice.

Congrats. Yes, a 10K lift will have lots of flex in the forks. I did mine from the front but I strapped the machine to the mast so it would stay put. With the forks tilted all the way back it was...

    Re: Fadal 4020 Moving-measurements needed

If your forks are slightly wider than the cutouts then realize that front sheet metal skirt comes off pretty easy. Too narrow then you're out of luck.!
Good luck with the move! LOL, I just noticed...

    Re: Vmc15xt going crazy

If you don't have any of the LED's on then installing jumpers and jacking around isn't going to help any. You need to check the low voltages from the power supply.
Measure the +5 volts, 12 volts,...

Thanks ianagos. I wanted to phrase my reply differently because it seems harsh reading it again. I do appreciate your reply and that's pretty much what I've had to do. It's kind of a pia to do it...

I was having a problem like this. I looked and my VFD had no errors, so I put my VFD in manual mode and ran it with no issues at all in manual. So I put it back and remote and the issue returned....

    Fadal Format 2 = G73

You're right, you will loose those offsets. You are suppose to center the Y axis in the center Tee Slot using a dial indicator. Then the X will be measured to the center of the table from each end...
