stppers normali have most torqe in static position. the are good if you cant easly turn them by hand. but if you cant turn them at all, nor with pliers than its somthing wrong.

what if you modifye the stepper completely and reduce steps to 24 per revolution.
you can get more speed with less tourqe losses at high speed.

i asambled my mashine and one of 4 baering was bad and left some light stripse on my rails. it is not wery bad but i can feal it if i gently pass over with my finger.
so my question is...

there is my new design, nearly finished.
made of angular steel profiles and stell square pipes.

thnx but i found realy cheap 20 mm open baerings on ebay, so i will buy new one s. i only need that suport for rails so i can put round shaft i allredy have on them :D
