Having problems cnc won't go to home after command and also jog button on Z axis isn't moving at constant speed when moving towards headstock , works good going towards tailstock and on X axis though

Anyone have experience with phase quest rotary phase converters the salesman claims they will run cnc and the price is much better than american rotary which is what I was going to get
