    Hi All,

    long hiatus... but I've finally had time to get back in to this. Moving on to the mech design, I think I'll follow the advice here to stay away from welding, and stick to box sections...

    Yes I was thinking Al plate construction as well. When you say set joints do you mean just standard threadlocking?
