Thanks I'll try that ,and I'll let you know how I made out
So mactec, you think I should try hooking it up jUst to the SSR and go from there
Here's more pictures
Yes it turns and here's a pic of the ssr
Yes I'm getting 5v and I was only gonna use the relay board but in the instructions it said to also use a solid state relay so that's why I'm using a solid state with the relay board....
Running 110v single phase.its just a 2hp porta cable router
Hello guys, having a problem with my spindle. I bought a C15 dual relay board to turn my router on/off and it was recommended to run a solid state relay also..so I wired everything up and and tried...

Last night I took out the breakout board to inspect it, I flipped it over and it looks like one of the circuits is fried if you look at where it says AC7 ,looks like there's something missing
I actually have moved that jumper to output...
Yes I did reset the eStop port and pin
Here's my wiring
I did the jumper wire on the eStop. But still doesn't work
Another thing I forgot to mention mactec54. If the e-stop is the issue, the dro's wouldn't move correct?

Ok I'll give that a shot..
Ok mactec54, what do you mean by jumping it
Mactec54, wouldn't the reset button on the screen be flashing
Kenrbass I'm using kl4030 drivers to run it
No e-stop just have it on pin 10 and set to active low
When I started this post I added the info in PDF my whole setup from connectings to leadscrew , motors ect.
The wiring I followed is for the c10 board with the kl-4030 here's the wiring, it's in PDF format
Thanks dazp for replying, the enbl +/- are not connected and no I don't have a physical e-stop yet
Any help..
hi, cnc brothers
I'm have a problem with my new build . i can't get my motors to turn , i do hear a high pitch sound coming from them but no movement, the DRO's in mach 3 does move. i'm pretty...
Thanks Mactec54
Ok Jim, I'm gonna take your advice on this one..thanks for your help
Jim my budget is about 1200
Thanks Britt , for all this info. I'm not running Linux I'm running mach3. Thanks for your help, now I know what I have to do. Thanks again guys..
Have to disagree with mactec54 on the absolutes, because I run a weeke 050 and a nester they both have absolute encoders and these machines know where they're positions are at all the time..
