than you can set all parameters by hand, otherwhise call dealer for backup or look for a same type machine

i now know i need to set parameter R1984 but noway i can set it

when i goto PLC I/F and set R1984 with data 0007 nothing happens
all other formats give a E01 setting data wrond.

Got a little problem, EMG button of the heidenhain handwheel HR410 got broken, only the plastic part.

where can i get a EMG button to repair my MPG, heidenhain charges a whole new unit (flame2)

I have a VMC25 with armless atc, controlled by a mitsubishi M50 control.

than its possible to change around 2 wires of the back running and it should run forward. :cool:

clean out the conveyor belt backwards, because if there was a electric problem the conveyor would also not run backwards.

check for jammed parts in the conveyor

some times its possible to replace brass guidances,

but most of the time the covers are bent, worn and damaged, so just buy a new telescopic cover from doosan (daewoo = doosan now)

saves you...

or post type and serial number of the machine.

i think the guy who's selling you this machie has made a minor mistake.....

personally i don't like the control buttons of a kia, looks cheap and doesnt work nice.

i would prefer a doosan instead of a kia machine, control is better functional
mechanically a bit better...
