Yea, It took a long time to do them. I started out with a 1x1x36 inch piece of aluminum from speedymetals.com and then cut it into 1 inch cubes. I had to go to a friends place to use he horazontal...

Well, I have proved that it is possible to SLOWLY mill aluminum on a drill press. Did I mention SLOW!!!!!!

I finally finished the gear rack clamps tonight and I am pleasantly suprised how well...
