    All is working again, in Win 7 Ultimate using TCP/IP.

    The mill saw my Win 7 machine when I ran the net.exe program, it didn't see the Win 10 system.
    I have a drive mapped to the Win 7 system...

    I am setting this up right now. It worked for 12 years on Netbeui and another 3 or so years with TCP/IP connected to a win 10 system, then one day in April it quit.

    That would be: NET USE <DRIVE LETTER> <NETWORK SHARE> /user <LOGIN NAME ON SHARE COMPUTER>

    Hard to tell without seeing the sketch. Try mirroring the toolpath since you have two that work okay.

    Likely not the sketch anyway since it generated the operation.
    Could be anything from cutter...

    In Camworks options your can choose to rotate stock.

    Select a 4 axis machine or create one in the database with your machine specifications.

    Have a look at the iges.343038 The blended surfaces at each end are put on by the guitar maker, usually on a belt sander. So once I have those features on I will upload.

    I may try and copy the back surface from the scan to the defeatured model, the scan is actually very good.

    Without too much work you should be able to use the sheet metal commands to create the flatten surface.
    Read the help files about sheet metal.

    You have your rotary axis set for Z -- change setting in machine tab.

    Create a plane above the z+ for unwrapping.
