I've built myself a cnc plasma table using the open builds products, my table runs fine (dry run to check placement on table) up until the point when I turn the plasma cutter on and then go...

oh ok im reading alot of articles that say grounds are important but i must be mis understanding it which is completely possible

ah that's probably where most of my issues are coming from then. how/where would i add a ground loop in? is it a motor ground, a power supply or plasma cutter ground?

im struggling with emi in my cnc plasma cutter. unfortunately ive got a high frequency machine that's giving me headaches and im struggling to sort it i think ill re wire it with shielded...
