Thanks mactec54, I read the manual. and found out that i had to change sn04 from 0000 to 0001. its running nice and smooth.

I have a lagun cnc mill. with baldor MTE - 4070-FL 58 motors. The motors have tachometers. What controller/ drivers do i need? Do i need to replace the tachometers with another type encoders?

No I haven't crashed it (lately). I stopped running it as soon as I noticed it making weird sounds. My machine manufacturer told me to make a quick video of it, So they could diagnose the problem....
