  1. Re: Hardinge Gang tooling help. Getting rid of Turret

There were some aftermarket companies that made a gang tooling setup that clamped to the ways and had a set of ball screws on it. I have one that needs the linear rails rebuilt.

    I got a good...
  2. Re: 1996 TC22 with dx32 controller C-axis problem

Maybe check your parameters? I don't remember is there is a setting that enables the 4th axis. I know there is homing stuff for the other 3 axis.

    Torq Cut 22 servo specs

Anyone have the specs handy for the TC22 servos? Looking for max/running voltage, rpm, and amps. I think there is the Paravex servo on the z and SEM servos on the X/Y.

  10. Re: What kind of tap holders do I need for a Torq - Cut 22

I think that is the high torque spindle. You could likely rigid tap that, no compression holder needed just get the code right. I would still use a thread mill if you are making several parts. ...
  11. Re: What kind of tap holders do I need for a Torq - Cut 22

At that size I would also threadmill them. I do a lot of rigid tapping in collet and drill chucks for 10-32. I have found roll/form taps work well. It also depends on if you have a gear box or not....

    Re: Bijur oiler motor replacement

You should be able to pull the knob up and it should clear the round coller with the oval hole in it. that way you can rotate the knob to increase or decrease the shot size.
