Does anybody know the steel balls size in cheap HGH20mm bearings? I read that it is best to replace them and I want to order some for when my bearings arrive.

What FI are you using in your controls box? Are you cascading them (is there another one before that one) or is it directly connected? Are you using a fiter?

I guess I missed the part where you dropped the roller pinion drive? Is the Y axis still servo belt?
