Here's a Punisher skull dxf, it's not my work, I probably downloaded it from this thread
I just searched this thread for firetruck and BAM! Post 5214 has one
I can't take credit for any of these, I'm sure I downloaded them from this thread at some point. Happy shooting

Hi Eric,
I got a PM, that said they have the manual I need, & can scan it, & send it to me.
thank you,
Ray
I'm looking for a manual for a Hermes Vangard II. any help?
Thanks,
Ray
here's some files with dimensions, hope the load OK
you can see the 3 pins used for a stop, & how the ball bearings are held
I have not found the time to take it apart yet. it's tough when you have to do work related stuff, when your at work
here's a guitar, not sure how much detail you're looking for, I used this file to make keychains
I called the number, it just keeps ringing, I'll try it again later in the day. I guess I'll take this one apart, & get some dimensions, so we can make our own.
Thanks JPW,
I also found the company with an online search, but I think it's just old info, because I can't find a phone number to contact them.
Beege,
I think that is a bit overkill, for what I'm looking for, but I could put that to use on some other jobs in the shop.
Thanks for your reply,
Ray
I'm searching for this item, or something close to it, it's great for holding uneven parts in a vise. A guy at work has one, & it gets borrowed alot. I would like to get one for the shop. The name on...
Here's some cats, they need to be cleaned up.
Hey Steel,
I have not use wintopo much, but I do know that with a solid picture, you need to use edge detection, before you can vectorize it.

Ray
here's a bone, sorry, no cat toys
here's a modern beetle
Nice cuts Gravy. I used AlphaCam to change the text, one letter at a time. The width of the font was about .040, so I would pick one side of a letter & then offset it .020 to get a line in the center.
Here's a link to aluminum cutting endmills on mscdirect. I have had good results from the OSG Blizzard 3 flutes. I used to buy Dataflute brand, but MSC doesn't sell them anymore.

None taken, I just used the font that was there & offset it to the centerline, because Gravy said he wanted the letters to look the same. I figured there would be more than one response to the post.
[QUOTE=gravy;436724]I need some help. My church wants me to do some engravings of their logo. I've engraved this DXF before and it gave them a nice little plaque thang. The things they want me to...
I finally made something from the firebird.dxf that was posted here. The material is 6061, size is 1.5" x 1.6", engraved .005" deep on both sides, with a 60 degree tool, on a Haas VF0. The color was...
I think this is the one
I've never run a 710V, but on most controls you need to be in MDI mode to set G92 X Y zero. Get the machine to your part zero in X & Y, then in MDI you type in "G92", then push "write", or "input",...
The trick to the cube is using a key seat, or dovetail cutter to undercut each cube. You need to make plugs, so when you cut the last 2 sides, they don't move.
I don't know why the SGS one broke, I have never used miniature endmills from them. A couple other options for miniature carbide tools are www.harveytool.com, or www.robbjack.com. I order both brands...
