    I have messed around with V6 in the past and...

    I have messed around with V6 in the past and prefer it myself. I will try adjusting the tolerance when I get home tonight and see if that helps I'll let you know and thank you for the advice.

    Ill see if i can just set up an arduino nano to move the stepper with smaller 3d printer drivers or get a nema 17 i have lying around to move with okne of the dq542ma's. I had to of fried mu drivers...

    No joke the manufacturer of mine said grounding is optional and that they routinely do not ground theirs in a video showing them running it groundless. I felt discouraged from using a ground.

    The hot end isn't blocked I can push filament through without an issue. The extruder motor doesn't run at all, even when unmounted from the printer with nothing attached but the cable.
