I might be able to provide this another format for $50. I dont use EnRoute but can create any CAD/CAM or Gcode you might need.

I've been out of commision with the flu, I'm hoping to continue work on this project this weekend.......
I just wanted to say Scott and Chris are doing a great job at the Mach3 convention. Scott thanks again for setting this up and all your hard work! I hope all of us ornery cnc'rs are not wearing you...
This weekend I have been busy building the controller. So far I have mounted most of the components to my enclosure’s sub panel and started wiring. I'm hoping to have the controller all finished...
Here is a link to my build log for my automated spray machine.

I've been hanging out here for a while so I thought I would share one of my CNC projects. I'm in the process of building an automated painting machine for a fellow cnczone member. For now the machine...
I'm looking forward to following your build. Very nice looking so far. I've got an old eshed scorbot which is similar in design but I've wanted to build my own design. Does anyone know how the...
No feedback to the controller. It will be open loop. The other misc wiring is just 24 volts to power brakes and solenoids.
So does anyone know a good company to make such a cable?
Thanks for...
Someone has to have some ideas....
Sorry to get a bit off the subject… but still within the new product arena….
I would love to see gecko come out with a “dumb” IO product to bridge the gap between your drive’s and the PC. I own a...
I'm working on building a robotic machine and have a question regarding cabling. Will I have problems if I combine cabling for 2 steppers (8 conductors) limit switches ( 4 conductors) and misc wiring...
I'm thinking I will be able to just use mach3 to control it after adding a few customizations...I might start a build thread once some more parts come in.
I'm actually in the process of building a similar machine. It will be a bit more heavy duty with an HVLP sprayer and a cantilever X-Z design.
Looks great Scott. I can't wait to get together with some fellow CNC'ers!

Nice website Chris!
Scott, sorry i did not have time to build you a site. I have to have a project completed by the beginning of Jan. so the boss's are pushing us hard. I'm looking forward to the...
I will come. I'm in Chattanooga, TN
They are mostly generating heat during rapids and when cutting it seems. I don't have any tools to measure the temperature but I would say they are approaching their limits.
Can anyone chime in...
My steppers seem to be getting very hot. They get hot enough where I cant keep my hand on them. Here are the specs i'm using:
Power Supply: 63V @ 15 Amps
Stepper(s): 3.1V @ 5 Amps X 3

I'm building a gecko based controller for my mill and would like to be able to monitor the voltage and amperage my drivers / steppers use from my power supply. Would I wire my ammeter and voltmeter...
Thanks! I was thinking that they were choppers.
I just picked up a few gecko vampire drives and want to make sure I'm getting the right current set resistors. Here are my specs:
Power Supply: 63V @ 15 Amps
Stepper(s): 3.1V @ 5 Amps
I'm...
I am getting ready to CNC my RF-30 mill with CNC using Gecko drives and a G-rex. I would like to be able to control the spindle too. The motor is a 2HP running on 220V pulling 15Amps. Can anyone...
Yea, that enco model appears to be it. Did enco manufacture that one or are they just slapping their name on it? If not I wander who did make it?
Does anyone know where I can get documentation for an older microkinetics.com CNC express mill? I think the mill is a Rong Fu RF31 and I would like to get the manual for it. I'm not looking for the...
I'm buildimg my own software to do something like this. Right now I'm using it to control servo's in a robotic arm but have also used it to control stepper motors. What part of Chattanooga are you...
Hello, I found some older posts from 2005 mentioning you are located on the mountain and building a machine. I would love to talk with you some time and take a look at your machine. Just give me a...
Thanks for the info. I think I will stay away from it.
Does anyone know what kinda mill this is and if's it worth the money? Would it be possible to put an R8 Spindle on it? I'm a newbie looking for a machine to get started on. Thanks for any info?
