The X4 I have has a Z travel of 10.375inches. The reason for the lower limit is because the air strut on the the side bottms at this limit.

Interesting but the connector I have is an all plastic unit that is UL rated. It was supplied as part of a seperate coolant kit from Syil America and was not installed on the mill at the factory....
