I saw some china company now sell 60x40cm machine with 300 watt fiber laser, seems it fit the requirements - as a fiber laser it is on higher budget for sure.

I looked into the controller of my fiber marking machine, it is USBLMC_CUH_IPG controller. Seems not pwm input to control the laser power, it has 8 bit parallel output for that. Where i can find...

So it mean that a Leetro MPC6515 won't be enough to control the fiber laser, on what aspect is that?

From the spec looks like it has automatic height control, is that right?

What controller (hardware and software) it comes with? I do not think LaserCut software with Leetro DSP can accomodate tool...

Haven't deal with cnc thing anymore, I incidentally read this thread and I can't help my self to write something.

IMHO, if you are going to build a multi axis motion control system...

The truth is i never build this drive, on the last minute i got the ready made drive which is suitable for the motor.

So I haven't write any firmware of it, sorry.
