    Try using a fine tip, 15 degree @ 200mm per min and 18000 rpm. This works a treat. My machine has a floating head, gravity is the only thing that keeps it on the job, it works just great. Cheers Wayne

    Try Suttons aluminium two flutes cutters work very well with air, little expensive. I have found mixing oil and air does not work too well.
