    I got it working! Turns out that the pressure relief valve on my single section valve body was set to a lower pressure!! I changed it and am finally getting the pressure I need! Thank you guys all...

    When its not under pressure and the cylinder is moving freely the manometer measures 0 psi. Once the cylinder bottoms out of is squishing something, it measures a maximum of 1200 PSI. The hoses tense...

    I don't think there is an adjustable one on the pump. I found (what seems to be) a relief valve on the pump. Maybe if I switch it with the current pressure line? Also there seems to be an adjustment...
