There are numerous advantages to a conventional prop. That is why almost all boats use them.

Modify two sprockets (add mounting holes and ID). I'll supply the blanks, they can be hard or soft. I would prefer cutting them hard to save time on heat treating.

I can get them hard or soft from mcmastercar.com or similar source. Heat treating cost should be included in the quote. The teeth are probably in the Rc50-60 range.
