I've been unable to cut 'normal' ply with my 100w laser, it just ends up a burnt mess. With 'proper' laser ply, the results are excellent.

I don't know about LPH or GPH but I use 6 - 10 PSI for acrylic and 25 - 30 PSI for wood. Don't know if that helps.
