underthetire,

underthetire,
Please send me an email. I've been trying to get in touch with you.
I saw that you worked at Yamezen (from another post) and am wondering
if you have worked on a Brother TC-22A?

Newbie again,
I think I must have a problem with my drawing. I tried making a similar drawing and it works just fine.
Oh that learning curve! I wish it would have given me an error along the...
I made an error - so I fixed in the quote above (switched right out for left).
I hope I'm not getting so old that I don't know my right from my left.
Hi all,
I'm a newbie that's struggling with V13.1.1012
I've got 3 shapes, 2 rectangles and one circle.
I've split the two rectangles (mid point split of a line segment), I've defined Pilot...
I forgot to say I did a machine setup in the Wire Erosion module and select the installed post
and save the setup
I got a Post from Dolphin CAD/CAM, I run DPOST >import Post Processor, and says Post Processor Installed.
Then I open the Wire Erosion Module, do a machine setup, select the post that was just...
As my post stated I tried to send the webmaster the problem information, but the site would not let me.
That is why I said the site was broken. There was no other way, at the time, to tell...
Hi all,
First off I would like to tell the powers that be that your site is broken. I haven't been here in awhile and had to get
a new password. I followed the instruction that came with it, and...
I found the answer.
The floppy I needed I already have - the communications floppy.
The 4th floppy is the "technique" disk which just spec's out what products were used in your machine
I am trying to get a Charmilles Roboform 200 up and running. I have a power supply issue (covered in my first post), but I don't think I have all the floppies
that originally came with the machine....
I assume the remote sense is for the 5VDC.
Do you know if that's true or not?
Paul
The reason you want schematics is to be able to determine how the different voltages are used - so you know the real requirements, not just guessed at requirements.
I called Carmilles parts dept. and they said even though the Weir SMM 200 NT power Supply says -15VDC it really puts out -12VDC.
By the way, Their replacement part number is: 208572110 , and...
I'm a retired electrical engineer, so I think I can handle it.
That said, I don't have the electronic schematics to know what it
is powering, and my Weir SMM 200 NT has +12VDC and -15VDC (no...
Thanks for the info. I assume you meant +12VDC and -12VDC @ 17A each.
My Weir SMM 200 NTsupply has -15VDC instead of -12VDC. Does there need to be any adjustments due to the different voltages...
Hi Guys.
I bought an old Roboform 200 and the digital power supply. a Weir SMM 200 NT, is dead. Does anyone know what the supplied amperage's are for each of the output voltages: +5VDC, +12VDC,...
Does anyone have a set of full circuit board schematics for a DynaPath Delta 20?
Thanks for the help.

Hello,
Has anyone had any Aerotech U600 CNC controller board experience?
I have a U600 that I am about to retrofit to a Lagunamatic 310.
I am wondering if anyone knows about testing the U600...
Yes, you still need the phase converter to convert your single phase into 3 phase.
Hello again,
Ah yes European voltages.
There is no single phase to three phase transformer unless you count a Scott 'T' transformer. But you would have to make a second phase with a bunch of...
N = neutral
PE = earth ground
Just like your house wiring.
The surge suppressor is not for noise but to suppress the large voltage spikes that occurs when you turn off the motor and the...
Most good machines have a numbering scheme to their wiring, and often all you have to do is look for devices that have the same numbers on the wire. The numbers can be a tape, or a metal tag, or...
Given the nomenclature you provided I would say it's a three phase contactor -
L1, L2, & L3 are the 3 phase lines coming into the contactor (forget the leading digit). The T1, t2, & T3 are the...
It looks like a relay (the three big square items on the right ) or a contactor (same thing).
If you have the wiring diagram or schematic you could trace/track it down.
If you send me a larger...
I have been doing the lifting and moving for 30 years, and one of the very simplest ways is to use a long pry bar and pipe rollers. It is a slow process (for very large machines) and you may need an...
Hello again,
Fixing up an old CNC machine can be a challenge
I have a 1982 lagunamatic that I have been working on for many years.
On old machines the electrolytic capacitors (caps) go bad...
Hi,
You would be better served by buying a PhasePerfect electronic phase converter. You can find them on Ebay.
I used a rotary converter for many years. They will get you by on-the-cheap,
but...
Does anyone out there have a TC22A machining center and knows how to load the machine parameters?
Help would be much appreciated.
Paul Hoffman - [email protected]
Hi Guys and Gals (if there are any),
My name is Paul Hoffman. I started machining in the late 60's. Ran NC (no CNC then), and manual machines. I had my own job shop for many years. Things got ...
