look at emgprecision.com based in UK, ask for a 6 poled spindle, should handle steel but does not have as high rpm (i belive 8 or 12000 is max)

I have currently set the spindle nose as tool 0 and every tool is calculated from that, so all tools are positive from that offcourse.

tool changes works, but now and then it stops working after...

i belive so too, as when i checked the macro on the cnc comp, it was fine

thanks, will correct that, anything else that could get the cnc to act up ? it does do it's job, but all og the sudden it will just stop working when doing manual tool changing.

Hi, i got a friend of mine wrighting a little m6 script for me as i change my tool manual on my BT30 spindle, script does what it should do, but i got a problem that it sometimes locks UCCNC up abit,...

it's set up for flood cooling for sure :)

Hi, what i did is that i just connected the override limit to the pins, and then i have connected that pin to reset in UCCNC, i belive it's code 152 on pin setup

Hi, Have not had any problems with cracking for the almost 2 1/2 year that i have had the frame.
it stays dimentially stable aswell as i can measure.

there is very mutch rebars in it though

Looking good :) this will be a good pick foe me when doing the change to uc300eth and uccnc.. just have to get the incime for it first (i mainly let the machine pay for itself)
