I need to bend 25 inches long u profiles that are 1.5 inch wide by .5 inch high.1/8 inch steel,,

why not wire them bipolar series..it would keep your current lower.

you can buy a PCI parallel port adapter card..they are about $20..
I think you could also look at smoothstepper..if my memory is ok i think
it was designed to work using usb instead of parallel...

Did anyboby use one of the wizards successfully to cut npt threads???

I tried threading with mach3 wizard (Simple threading lathe v1.17)
lathe set up: -X removes stock -Z is toward head stock

everything starts ok except to the point where the cutter is supposed...
