Are you talking CnCCalc?
I have the program from the beginning and I get along with it very well apart from a few things.
What problems do you have in detail?

You could (with a lot of effort) define the breakage control yourself.
If you set ,for example with. -broken=200 the breakage limit quite high, then you could define with an IF...

But exactly that’s why I talk about µ. I have maybe 0.006 or 0.008 µ ( if any).
However if you start at around 0.008µ ,...
I don’t know why that is extreme. The machines can do it. Also when you start talking about 0,01 mm with the sensor, then you can’t expect to stay in the same area for the work piece. There are...
My experience is that 0.01mm is a bit too much. Have you got a vector spindle?
Our sensors are align to 0.001 - 0.002 mm. Otherwise I know that you may experience inaccuracy after a certain length....
The controller interrupts the program itself and continues when everything is fine.
You shouldn’t forget the risk that is involved. If a tool breaks due to a CAM error, then the next tool will break...
Hello Take it easy
As far as I know, what you describe doesn’t exist on the Roeder!
The drive mechanism has an overload warning but you can’t see it.
It only gets activated when the load gets too...
Hello Take-it-easy
The commander is only made for beginners. It can’t do a lot but it is not supposed to.
The other possibility to copy an old command and then rewrite it afterwards comes later....
