    i doubt it'll get red hot. it may dissipate 1000 watts but the timeframe is pretty short. I suspect it'll get hot but nowhere near the temperature needed to glow.

    How come you xidn'tmodel the shaped fingerboard with fret slots in aspire and 3d carve it? The tuning would have been much more accurate that way.

    nylon and wound silk string guitars don't have a truss rod in the neck. That's only required for steel stringed guitars.
