    motors and cables with built in resistors were purchased from cncrouterparts but i cant recall what amperage they are. I may need to double check all that.

    Thanks for all the input. My drivertest says excellent but the line has spikes, not flat. I think I will install a fresh copy of XP and see how that goes(currently win7 32bit).
