I dont know the cutter at all im afraid, but have you made sure your bearings rods or rails on the X are clean and free moving? Is it belt driven? make sure the belt is allinged to the motors......

Sorry cant see any attachments... You say arcing in the tube... do you mean other than the normal laser firing plasma? Or do you mean theres arcing at the electrodes? Maybe a duff tube, or dodgy...

might sound like a odd question... your water cooling is working right? maybe its getting too hot?
