actually the cam software doesn't care. unless you give them thousands of $, and they will give you junk that's encrypted and full of bugs.

haas doesn't care, cnc software doesn't care, factory outlets don't care, and mastercam resellers don't care.

and ppl wonder why there's no solutions to the worlds problems.

They're technically both Heidenhain. And MasterCAM is better, but not the best. I recommend Mastercam, but CATIA is the best -- I bet. I'm not sure if CATIA uses Heidenhain technology, but most...
