    ok so i noticed the bed was a bit twisted. and i have leveled it the best i can. now after 30mins of running it loses its place to about 2mm on the axis. so im guessing there is a tiny bind somewhere...

    yeah i had that problem years ago. i swapped all the bearings out for some better ones with dust sleeves. ran perfect again.
